Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of ecommerce initiatives including website redesigns, feature implementations and platform migrations.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced E-commerce Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key digital initiatives in Queenstown . This role is critical for ensuring the successful launch and optimization of our e-commerce and social media platforms and related projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure all projects meet their objectives, on time and within scope. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager to drive significant improvements in our online presence and customer experience within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management of e-commerce initiatives , including website redesigns, new feature implementations, and platform migrations.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, design, and external vendors.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
