Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives in Queenstown. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder communication to ensure projects meet objectives on time and within scope.

This role drives improvements in online presence and customer experience within a growing company, leveraging cross-functional collaboration and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record delivering ecommerce projects.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira and Asana.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of ecommerce initiatives including website redesigns, feature implementations and platform migrations.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resources.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and ensure delivery within financial constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, design and external vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues with effective strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.
