Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, vet, and onboard strategic partners including influencers, content creators, and relevant brands for social media collaborations.
• Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, outlining campaign objectives, deliverables, compensation, and KPIs.
• Oversee the execution of co-branded social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage relationships with existing partners, nurturing long-term collaborations and fostering positive working dynamics.
• Analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, measuring ROI, traffic generation, and sales impact.
• Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in partnership management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate partnership activities into broader social media and e-commerce strategies.
• Source new opportunities for brand collaborations and co-marketing efforts that align with our e-commerce growth.
• Manage budgets allocated for partnerships and influencer collaborations.
• Report on partnership performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
