Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts from Sandton, Gauteng. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset with a proven record of driving revenue growth and enhancing brand presence across e-commerce platforms and social channels.

You will develop integrated marketing plans, manage campaigns, optimise user experience, and analyse performance metrics to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive e-commerce and social media marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a holistic e-commerce and social media strategy to drive sales and brand growth.
• Oversee all social media channels, content creation, campaigns, paid ads and engagement.
• Optimize e-commerce UX and conversion rates to improve revenue.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and manage budgets across channels.
• Analyse KPIs, report to senior leadership, and provide actionable insights.
