Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking an IT Solution Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery for ecommerce, omnichannel journeys and customer loyalty capabilities. • 6-8 years senior IT management experience, preferably in ecommerce and loyalty environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT roadmap for ecommerce and omnichannel platforms including loyalty programmes.
• Drive end-to-end delivery with vendor and internal teams, ensuring SLA compliance and risk management.
• Manage annual/monthly budget processes and cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Digital, Marketing, Merchandising, Store Ops and Supply Chain to prioritise capabilities and value.
