Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Industrial or Technical sales or operations experience.
• Experience within Industrial Racking, Shelving, Flooring and Storage Solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of the sales and marketing environment in this niche.
• Strong awareness of e-commerce and online sales processes.
• Ability to manage the company’s e-commerce platform and fulfill orders.

Responsabilités

• Understand and promote all company products and services.
• Manage the e-commerce platform including online sales, orders, fulfillment and drop-shipping.
• Coordinate with third‑party service providers to meet platform requirements and SEO efforts.
• Research and assimilate leads, prospects, and potential customers to drive sales activity.
• Generate new business transactions daily and update CRM with all lead data.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management and track performance against targets.
• Collaborate with management to develop new sales strategies and growth initiatives.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer engagement across channels.
