Job summary

Pepkor Holdings is hiring an E-commerce Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across our digital platforms in Durban, South Africa. You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to traffic and conversions on our e-commerce sites.

The role requires 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on e-commerce growth, strong analytics, and knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid social.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on e-commerce growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition in a retail environment.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase online sales and market share.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels.
• Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to ensure marketing efficiency.
• Collaborate with the UX team to optimize the conversion funnel and reduce cart abandonment rates.
• Execute email marketing and CRM strategies to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth levers.
• Provide regular reports on KPI to senior management.
