SAB is launching a DynamX Sales Trainee Programme in the Western Cape. This 24‑month program uses fixed-term contracts to develop future Commercial Leaders through structured development in sales, customer engagement, market execution and leadership potential.

Trainees will support sales growth and market share, with exposure to distributors and local route-to-market strategies. A 3‑year degree or diploma is required, along with a driver’s license and current local knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3-year Degree or National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• No more than 2 years TOTAL of full-time formal working experience by programme start date.
• Valid driver's license.
• Local area knowledge is a requirement.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing customers and distributors to ensure effective market execution and service delivery.
• Develop understanding of sales fundamentals, customer management, and route-to-market principles.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer insights to support decisions.
• Complete sales administration, reporting, and business reviews accurately and timely.
