Job summary

SAB in South Africa invites applications for the DynamX Sales Trainee Programme in the Free State. This 24-month fixed-term program develops future commercial leaders through structured development in sales, market execution and customer engagement within the FMCG sector.

You will assist in managing customers and distributors, analyze market trends, and complete sales administration while receiving coaching and structured learning.

Qualifications

• 3-year Degree or National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or related field.
• No more than 2 years TOTAL of full-time formal working experience by the program start date.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of sales fundamentals, customer management, and route-to-market through structured field exposure.
