Seamoss Africa is seeking a Temporary Supervisor to cover a maternity leave period in our warehouse operations. The role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities and ensuring smooth team performance and accurate order fulfilment.

You will supervise warehouse and dispatch tasks, support staff, monitor stock, and provide daily reports to management while ensuring compliance with safety standards. This is a 4-month contract, onsite in South Africa.

Qualificações

• Previous supervisory experience (warehouse or FMCG environment preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Reliable and professional.
