Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems/Computer Science or related field.
• Four years of relevant experience in system development and support.
• Involvement in design, development and implementation of systems.
• Hands-on configuration experience of package or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Elicit user requirements, analyze, design, develop, test and deliver new or revised functionality per SDLC.
• Participate in module implementations, upgrades and rollouts.
• Provide support and analysis of system issues and requests.
• Refine business systems solutions for improved operations.
• Train users on software usage to enhance performance.
• Engage with stakeholders on systems, processes and requirements.
• Support project deliverables and milestones across multiple projects.
