Job summary

Raubex is seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Cape Town team in the Western Cape. This permanent role reports to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and collaborates with Site Management to deliver cost control and tender support across projects.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying with 5–10 years of construction experience and CCS software proficiency. A valid driver’s license and a collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience: 5–10 years in construction.
• Proficient with CCS software.
• Understanding of Senior QS responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior QS with estimating, take-offs and tender documentation.
• Prepare bill of quantities and tender documentation as required.
• Support cost management and reporting during project execution.
• Review drawings and interpret contracts and specs.
• Coordinate with site management and construction managers.
• Maintain proper documentation and record control.
