Eastern Personnel Consultants in Polokwane seeks a commercially astute New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead showroom operations, floorplan optimization and OEM scorecard compliance at a Suzuki franchise.

You will drive monthly new-vehicle volume, coach the sales team, manage stock and CRM/DMS, and ensure high CSI while maintaining brand standards. The role offers a negotiable basic salary, commissions, medical aid, pension, and a structured onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate is strictly required.
• Minimum 5 years of vehicle sales experience (Suzuki franchised dealership experience preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager (Suzuki franchised dealership experience preferred).
• Strong working proficiency in automotive CRM platforms and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Target Execution: Drive monthly new vehicle volume and margin objectives through proactive sales team coaching and floor management.
• Floorplan Management: Actively control floorplan aging, vehicle allocation, model mix balance, holding costs, and factory pipeline schedules.
• OEM Scorecard & Compliance: Ensure total compliance with manufacturer audit guidelines, brand standards, customer satisfaction indices (CSI), and national sales objectives.
• Stock & Display Governance: Maintain first‑rate showroom presentation, test‑drive fleet cleanliness, and digital stock listings.
• Lead Conversion & CRM Tracking: Enforce prompt speed‑to‑lead across digital channels and oversee consistent CRM pipeline updating by all sales executives.
• Deal Structuring: Assist sales executives in finalizing and structuring deals in conjunction with the F&I office to maximize profitability.
