Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory role within logistics or warehouse management
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is required
• Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping operations
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff with training and performance management
• Coordinate with the transportation team for timely dispatch of outgoing shipments and inbound deliveries
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control procedures
• Enforce safety regulations and proper equipment usage to ensure a safe working environment
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce handling times
