Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operational analysis, process improvement, or lean management.
• Experience implementing operational changes in diverse environments.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Durban and KwaZulu-Natal area preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments of client operational processes and systems.
• Identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for cost reduction and performance enhancement.
• Design and implement process improvements, lean methodologies, and operational best practices.
• Develop operational models, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Manage implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful execution of recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on new operational procedures.
• Provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure sustained operational improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and progress to clients.
