The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations or supervision, strong WMS/ERP skills (SAP/Syspro/Sage/Oracle), and a valid forklift license. A market-competitive base salary is offered with incentives.

Formación

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations or supervision in high-volume environments.
• Proficient with WMS and ERP systems (SAP/Syspro/Sage/Oracle).
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accuracy.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics and documentation.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch with teams.
• Optimize space using 5S and zoning principles.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Enforce health and safety standards and equipment use.
• Maintain real-time updates in WMS/ERP.
