Job summary

On Consulting (Pty) Ltd is recruiting an Inventory Executive (Spare Parts) to own the parts inventory lifecycle for our Dubai operation. You will forecast stock, support procurement, and optimize warehousing to maximize parts availability for workshop and retail customers.

The role requires 3–5 years in spare parts inventory management, strong DMS experience (Automate, Kerridge, Drive, SAP) and advanced Excel skills. A Grade 12/Matric with logistics qualifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in spare parts inventory management.
• Proficient with DMS systems (Automate, Kerridge, Drive, SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical ability to identify discrepancies.
• Able to lift and work in a physical stock environment.
• Educated to Grade 12; diploma/degree in logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily stock levels and optimize turnover.
• Generate replenishment orders based on forecasts.
• Oversee receiving, QA, and reconciliation against POs.
• Coordinate cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Maintain accurate data in the DMS and pricing updates.
• Layout warehouse for efficient picking and packing.
