Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive with an engineering background to grow revenue in drone technology, security, robotics and UAS sectors. You will identify new markets, form strategic partnerships and translate technical capabilities into viable commercial solutions.

The role requires combining engineering knowledge with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement with government and private security players, and the ability to lead partnerships

Qualifications

• Degree or recognised tertiary qualification in engineering or related discipline.
• Substantial experience in business development, technical sales or commercial management in engineering/tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of drone technology, unmanned systems or security tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and generate revenue.
• Identify opportunities across private security, government, mining, industrial, infrastructure and logistics sectors.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline with prospects, tenders and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing recommendations and ROI assessments.
