The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong fluid chemistry knowledge, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Drilling Fluids Engineer or related role.
• Strong knowledge of drilling fluid chemistry, rheology and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for selecting appropriate drilling fluid formulations, monitoring their performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of fluid chemistry and drilling hydraulics, contributing to the optimization of drilling operations and the prevention of drilling-related problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and recommend drilling fluid systems tailored to specific well conditions and objectives.
