Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Drilling Fluids Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of drilling fluid systems, properties, and additives.
• Experience with fluid monitoring equipment and data analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for a hybrid operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage drilling fluid programs for various well types and geological conditions.
• Supervise onsite drilling fluids personnel and ensure adherence to fluid specifications.
