- Proficiency with drilling software and well control knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed drilling programs including casing and cementing plans.
- Supervise rig site operations and ensure safety compliance.
- Monitor drilling parameters and provide real-time technical support.
- Identify and mitigate drilling hazards and risks.
- Manage relationships with service providers and equipment quality.
- Analyze performance data to drive efficiency improvements.
