Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a skilled document-control professional to lead ACC/Autodesk Build setup and governance on large projects. You will manage access, workflows and record-keeping across disciplines, ensuring traceable, auditable information.

You will also maintain SharePoint libraries, create governance dashboards in Power BI and support project audits with timely reporting and training for users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of document control or project information-management on large construction, infrastructure, engineering or capital projects.
• Experience administering ACC/Autodesk Build on live projects and ensuring governance.

Responsibilities

• Set up ACC/Autodesk Build governance and project folders by discipline and lifecycle stage.
• Administer members, roles and permissions using least-privilege principles.
• Configure and monitor document numbering, metadata and file naming standards.
