About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the distribution centre, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining high standards of safety and productivity, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of warehouse management principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and organization within the distribution centre.
• Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
