Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Distribution Center Management or warehouse operations leadership.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and complex distribution operations.
• Strong understanding of WMS, inventory control, and lean logistics principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and achieve KPIs.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring optimal performance in all areas.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
