Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Logistics and Distribution Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in the Paarl area. You will manage warehousing, inventory control, and transportation, while leading a team to deliver efficient, cost-effective distribution aligned with company goals in the Western Cape.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics management, inventory control, and fleet coordination, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution management.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within the Western Cape and familiarity with local logistics challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and distribution operations for the Paarl facility, including warehousing, inventory, and transportation.
• Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies to meet delivery schedules and cost targets.
