Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor for a permanent role based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. The successful candidate will supervise drivers and loading assistants, coordinate daily dispatch routes, and oversee loading of customer orders.

You'll ensure orders are documented correctly, check labelling and packaging, monitor temperature and quality standards, and support staff with adherence to procedures while maintaining safety and housekeeping in the dispatch area.

• Experience in dispatch, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising drivers and loading personnel.
• Knowledge of dispatch, loading and route coordination.
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
