Placements24 is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead the dispatch operations in Richards Bay, overseeing scheduling, routing, load planning and performance of a dispatch team. The role focuses on achieving timely deliveries, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance in a busy logistics network.

You will drive improvements in routing, safety, and service delivery, coordinating with drivers and fleet maintenance while leveraging TMS and routing software to track shipments and optimize
