Job summary

Fluor Corp in Johannesburg is seeking a Dispatch & Collections Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Dispatch and Collections Department within our warehouse and distribution network. You will supervise the team, optimize routing and logistics, and ensure customer expectations are met with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires Grade 12, a related qualification, 5–8 years in dispatch/collections, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience. SAP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is essential.
• Qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field is advantageous.
• 5–8 years' experience in warehouse dispatch and/or collections operations.
• Minimum 2–3 years' supervisory experience or demonstrated progression into leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, routing, and warehouse operations.
• SAP and MS Office proficiency advantageous.
