Qualifications

• Experience in disability services, case management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of disability legislation and support frameworks in South Africa.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in Richards Bay.
• Proficiency in using case management software and standard office applications.
• Genuine passion for advocating for and supporting individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop individualized support plans.
