Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in disability services or support coordination.

Excellent organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build rapport remotely.
Proficiency with digital tools for communication and case management.
