Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Search Marketing to lead the PPC and SEO functions for multifamily, B2B and technical clients. You will own channel strategy and budget decisions as accounts scale, while the PPC and SEO strategists execute the plan.

This is a management role rather than an individual contributor position. You will set audits, reporting standards, and ensure credible results for clients, while shaping the team and partnering with sales.

Formación

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Ability to turn around at least one account with measurable improvement.
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when an account is underperforming.
• Agency experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Define and uphold the quality bar and development for PPC/SEO strategists.
• Ensure audits and reporting standards are clear and followed.
• Be the escalation point when an account is at risk and lead client calls.
• Plan hiring for the department and conduct first-round interviews.
• Communicate credible delivery to sales and clients.
