• Strong leadership of large, diverse teams and financial accountability (P&L).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency and drive growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities including production, supply chain, quality control, and facilities.
• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
