Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or information systems or business or a related field.
• Relevant technology certification(s).
• SAFe Agile / Project or Program Management certification(s) are desirable.
• Significant pre-sales/sales and/or solutions practice leadership experience in a global technology services organization.
• Track record of implementing and leading a global product innovation strategy while delivering on financial goals.
• Experience leading a team of technical and non-technical individuals.
• Significant budget management experience.
• Significant business development experience.
• Experience implementing strategic initiatives that support the corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to regional practice strategy and enables continuous integration and delivery.
• Leads and manages growth for selling the practice across geography and portfolio.
• Owns and optimizes the solution portfolio investments for owned business solutions.
• Identifies and creates demand for solutions that drive sales and budgets.
• Leads and manages a team of individual contributors and manages performance goals.
• Facilitates practitioner or delivery training on relevant topics.
• Supports and maintains a community of practice for sharing best practices.
• Collaborates to create and manage a technology roadmap for enablement of delivery capability.
• Documents and manages plan of record including outcomes, release, investments and risks.
• Leads solution design reviews to meet client requirements and profitability.
• Defines standards and tools for new solution architecture and delivery.
• Recommends CI tooling for automated build, test and deployment.
