The Skills Mine is seeking a driven advertising sales professional to join our team in Cape Town. You will build relationships with agencies and clients, and collaborate with the Head of Sales to drive strategic plans and new business.

You will articulate the value of our digital advertising products, deliver compelling briefs, and stay ahead of industry trends to optimize campaigns and revenue. This role requires 3+ years of digital sales experience and a strong grasp of analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communication.
• Minimum 3 years in digital advertising sales with proven targets.
• Prior experience in a tech startup or technology environment advantageous.
• Strong understanding of technology and the digital services industry.
• Strong working knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate, create and manage advertising solutions.
• Work closely with Head of Sales to implement strategic advertising sales plans and source new agencies and clients.
• Understand and articulate the value proposition of our advertising products and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling briefs for agencies to execute.
• Keep abreast with industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Manage and oversee agencies within your portfolio.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and maximize inflow.
• Use analytics tools to evaluate ROI and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communication
• A Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Prior experience in a tech startup or technology environment advantageous
• Strong understanding of technology and the digital services industry
• Strong working knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools

Responsibilities:
