Job summary

Standard Bank Group is seeking a senior digital marketing lead to develop, implement and manage digital marketing plans across products and services, driving best practice and thought leadership. You will manage complex website migrations, CMS governance and cross-functional collaboration with technology, UX and business stakeholders.

The role requires 5-7 years in programme management or digital transformation, with strong CMS experience and a track record of delivering large-scale platform

Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Commerce, Marketing.
• 5-7 years' experience in Programme Management, Digital Transformation, Web Platform Delivery, or Platform Migration initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large-scale website migration or digital platform transformation programmes.
• Experience leading the migration and consolidation of multiple websites onto a centralized platform.
• Strong Content Management System (CMS) experience.
• CMS governance frameworks, toolkits, standards, and guardrails.
• Experience delivering lift-and-shift platform migration projects, governance, risks, budgets, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the digital marketing plans to promote products, services and the brand.
• Drive best practice and thought leadership in digital and interactive marketing.
• Leverage digital marketing platforms to target advertising, personalise experiences and promote interactivity for Brand and Marketing.
