Job summary

Potentiam is seeking a commercially minded Digital Growth Lead to optimise the client’s UK technology-services website as a growth engine for discovery, trust and demand.

The role combines technical SEO, conversion-rate optimisation, content structure, AI-search visibility and commercial reporting to drive qualified enquiries and revenue growth. You will work with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and CMS platforms, leveraging GA4 and CRM integrations to improve buyer journeys.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in B2B website optimisation, SEO, CRO, or growth marketing.
• Strong hands-on use of GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools; Google Tag Manager, heatmaps, and A/B testing are advantageous.
• WordPress experience and working knowledge of HTML/CSS; translate requirements into clear developer briefs.
• Strong grounding in search intent, technical/on-page SEO, information architecture, structured data and conversion optimisation.
• Experience with CRM/marketing-platform integrations, ideally HubSpot, to improve commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritise the website-performance roadmap based on SEO, analytics, user journeys, and conversion insights.
• Improve technical SEO foundations, page performance, metadata, indexing, site structure, and schema.
• Assess AI-search visibility; identify gaps and optimise content for discovery.
• Improve landing pages, service pages, content pathways, UX and CTAs to boost enquiry conversions.
• Establish structured testing, reporting, and optimisation cadence using GA4, Search Console, and heatmaps.
• Manage website integrations with CRM/marketing platforms to ensure reliable lead capture and data flow.
• Brief and quality-assure technical implementation with developers or partners, not owning the codebase.
• Report on commercial contribution including traffic, leads, and pipeline influence.
