Job summary

Datonomy Solutions (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support planning, governance and operational management of strategic digital initiatives in a Cape Town-based environment. The role collaborates with Programme Manager, business stakeholders and delivery partners to keep multiple workstreams aligned and well governed.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in project/ programme operations, strong governance and RAID management, and experience across cross-functional teams,

Qualifications

• 4–6 years' experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, Delivery Support or Programme Operations.
• Experience working within business, digital, technology or transformation programmes.
• Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the programme across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain project and programme plans, governance calendars, action logs, reporting packs and documentation.
• Coordinate governance forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain RAID logs and track actions, decisions and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and executive updates.
