Job summary

Discovery Limited, a digital bank owner, is seeking a Business Engineer Associate to enhance end-to-end processes and reduce costs. You will work with business owners, SMEs, Technology & Architecture, PMO and Change Management to optimize client and staff experiences and deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.

You will analyze processes, design improvements, and support pilot implementations, driving end-to-end process maturity with an innovation mindset.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in business process analysis or comparable role.
Proven track record of analytical, strategic and process optimization projects.
Retail banking experience with client facing channels and operations would be advantageous.
Ability to deliver in hands-on environments with accountability and teamwork.
Bachelor’s degree related to business analysis, process design or engineering.

Responsibilities

Designs innovative, efficient processes leveraging digital technologies.
Conducts detailed data analysis and models critical bank processes.
Collaborates with stakeholders and SMEs across Technology, Project Management and Change Management.
Facilitates design workshops and documents artefacts.
Translates business requirements into system design aligned with the SDLC.
Drives continuous improvement and process maturity.
Acts as a bridge between business and technical teams and trains users.
