Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in retail/banking client service.
• 1st line problem resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist clients on digital/self-service options.
• Process cash transactions and cash replenishment.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers following policies.
• Manage queue flow and assist with logins and app downloads.
• Cross-sell financial solutions via client engagement.
