Job summary

Successful candidates will have 3–6 years in retail banking or related roles, knowledge of banking processes, and a commitment to risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma/National 1st Degree or equivalent is required.
• NQF Level 5 or 6 in Banking, Finance, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 3–6 years in retail banking, client service, cash operations, banking systems, and second-line problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by offering the right service and the right solution.
• Build and maintain long-standing client relationships using digital and technical expertise to resolve escalated problems.
• Educate clients on how to subscribe and service their Nedbank accounts via self-service platforms.
• Understand client needs and deliver financial solutions with care.
• Assist with complex queries and complaints and support branch operations.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly control activities and cash balancing.
