Job summary

Chainlink Recruitment is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to service mobile cranes in Kempton Park. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair and maintain complex crane systems with strong hydraulic/electrical circuit knowledge and fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities include performing maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and on-site breakdowns, while keeping accurate service records and ensuring safety compliance. Candidate must have 5–10 years’ experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Field Service Technician working on mobile cranes.
• Strong hydraulic and electrical circuit knowledge.
• Proven experience in fault-finding (critical requirement).
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

This role requires more than routine servicing — we need an experienced technician capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex crane systems independently.
