Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Service Consultant to support Department of Home Affairs (DHA) requests and educate clients on Nedbank digital and self-service solutions. You will engage clients, manage DHA applications end-to-end, and maintain relationships to ensure a superior client experience.

Responsibilities include client engagement, end-to-end processing, risk and compliance adherence, and ongoing learning through mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Basic customer service principles
• Willingness to learn and adapt to regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage clients by assessing needs to fulfill DHA services.
• Own the client request by managing the end-to-end process to ensure a great client experience.
• Maintain client relations by listening and providing information on required services.
• Escalate unresolved client requests following the escalation procedure to ensure speedy resolution.
• Identify quality leads and capture them in the client management system to support sales and service objectives.
