Valley DFY, publicly Valley Studios, is seeking a DFY Manager to own a multi-client portfolio and drive outcomes across campaigns. You’ll onboard clients, translate goals into live campaigns, build lead lists, and lead the DFY account management team to ensure every client hits their outreach targets.

You’ll balance execution across seats, provide weekly performance reporting, and proactively surface blockers and recommendations, while refining copy and targeting to improve results for each

• Onboard clients end to end and translate goals into campaigns.
• Build high-quality ICP-fit prospect lists and write client-specific copy.
• Lead the DFY account management team and manage multiple clients.

• Create and manage campaigns, pacing, follow-ups, and A/B tests.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports and explain variances.
