Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience translating business needs into user stories for DevOps teams.
- Ability to define acceptance criteria and testing requirements.
- Strong backlog management and roadmap planning skills.
- Familiarity with UML/BPMN diagrams for documenting processes.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and validate business needs ahead of demand.
- Translate elicited needs into actionable user stories for DevOps teams.
- Prepare and prioritise the backlog of requirements for user stories.
- Collaborate with Tribe Leads to build product roadmaps and define scope.
- Define measures of success and acceptance criteria for features.
- Develop manual testing strategies and test cases.
- Provide coaching within the DevOps team and support analysts.
