Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes and at least one cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform/Ansible/Pulumi/CF).
• Advanced Linux and Git skills.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response).
• Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps.
• Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning.

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in South Africa.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about automation, infrastructure as code, and continuous improvement, with a special focus on strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities

1. Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response)

Required qualifications

3. Practical depth in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

5. Advanced Linux and Git

Preferred qualifications

1. Observability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
