Job summary

Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking two General Assistants to join the Despatch department on a permanent basis. You will report to the Despatch Supervisor and be responsible for timely delivery of client requests, data capture, printing and generating packing stickers, and packing printed material.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12 and 1–2 years FMCG despatch experience. You will contribute to maintaining safety standards and perform ad-hoc housekeeping and duties as required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 1–2 years FMCG despatch experience advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client requests on time.
• Data capturing essential to the role.
• Print and generate packing stickers.
• Gathering and packing of printed material.
