Emeris Online is seeking a Deputy Head - Student Recruitment (Undergraduate Distance) to lead strategy, drive targets, and oversee SAs, Call Centre Operators, and Marketing Assistants. The role emphasizes reporting, analytics, and staff coaching to improve conversion and performance.

Qualifications

• National Diploma (NQF6) with 5 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor weekly/monthly targets for student applications, registrations and related metrics.
• Lead and coach Student Advisors, Call Centre Operators and Marketing Assistants to achieve funnel goals.
• Ensure accurate weekly reporting and analytics for national deadlines.
