Responsibilities include continuous improvement of operating models, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining design and development databases. Strong governance, planning, and reporting are essential.

Qualificações

• National Diploma/Degree in Organisation and Work Study/Management Services/Production Management/Operations Management.
• 5+ years experience in Organisational Development.
• Knowledge of TQM advantageous.
• Experience in the Public Service Human Resources.
• Technical Expertise in Job Evaluation and Organisational Design methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage organizational design and establishment services.
• Develop organizational design policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Review and align structure based on departmental objectives.
• Determine post establishment and facilitate post establishment costing.
