A leading cruise line is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry to manage production in the pastry area. The candidate will execute recipes, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with health standards. Candidates should have formal pastry arts training and extensive experience in high-volume environments. Formación

• Formal qualification in Pastry Arts from a recognized culinary training institution.
• At least four years of pastry experience with at least one year as 1st Commis Pastry.
• Recent experience in high-volume pastry production preferred from large hotels/resorts or cruise ships.

Responsabilidades

• Execute production in the Pastry area according to company recipes.
• Practice batch cooking and preparation of pastry items.
• Supervise and mentor Commis Pastry during operational activities.

Conocimientos

Pastry Arts qualification

4 years of pastry experience

High-volume Pastry production experience

International pastry recipes knowledge

Knowledge of USPH Standards

Fluency in English

Guest service understanding

Social skills

Ability to delight guests

Professional relationships commitment
