La Motte Wine Estate in Franschhoek invites a motivated culinary professional to join our kitchen team. You will assist senior chefs to oversee day-to-day running of sections and prepare dishes in line with menus, costing and portion standards.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in culinary arts or formal chefs training.
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols.
